'A valid credit card and picture ID are required at time of rental. A deposit may be charged to card at time of rental. Amount of rental must be paid for prior to unit leaving the site. If damages occur to the rental unit, renter will be held responsible for cost of repairs to the rental unit. Rentals based on availability and at our discretion.'
